The Cotswolds offers a variety of botanic wonders - from National Trust 'super gardens' to small private gardens such as the Rococo Garden at Painswick, all of our grounds are a romantic delight.

When the age of the Great English Country Houses began to decline, many were demolished, yet the Stroud District still has some of the oldest most romantic historic houses left open to the public.
