Slimbridge Wetland Centre

WWT Slimbridge is home to an astounding array of wildlife including the world’s largest collection of swans, flamingos, geese and ducks, many of which are rare or endangered. Expect to see amazing flocks of migrant birds each winter, including the famous Bewick’s Swans.

Slimbridge has lots more to offer our visitors all year round – take a guided walk, paddle through our nature rich Canoe Safari, visit the amphibians in Toad Hall, head onto our Reserve for a Land Rover Safari, don a disguise and join young cranes at Crane School, or create a splash in Welly Boot Land!

Directions: Slimbridge Wetland Centre is conveniently located near to the M5 between Gloucester and Bristol. Exit at either junctions 13 or 14 and follow our brown duck signs. We have a large free car park. Coaches are also very welcome, with parking available close to to the Visitor Centre and toilets.
